Mobility and Safety Impacts of Work Zone Lane and Shoulder Widths
The objectives of this project are twofold: (1) collect data from work zones (WZs) with different lane/shoulder widths and barrier type/location; (2) quantify the mobility and safety impacts of the different combinations; and (3) develop multi-objective recommendations for practitioners to support decision-making with lane/shoulder widths and barrier type/location.
