NCIT Leadership through Mentoring
Graduate students and undergraduate students apply together for this semester-long collaboration, and those undergraduate students selected receive a stipend. The mentor pairs develop and implement a mentoring plan that supports both partners’ goals and objectives, under the guidance of a mentorship coordinator at each partner institution. All the mentor pairs also participate in online exercises to expand their leadership knowledge and competencies.
