Updated Road Map for Implementing the AASHTO Pavement ME Design Software for the Idaho Transportation Department

The goals of this project include: (1) to evaluate Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) 2014 Pavement ME software implementation plan to verify if still applicable; (2) examine Pavement ME guidance in context of ITD Materials Manual and identify improvements needed to facilitate its use; (3) review implementation plans prepared by other agencies to determine if ITD’s goals are congruent with other similar states and identify differences; and (4) estimate resources needed to move forward with implementation, allowing for any required operational changes, and listing milestones toward the necessary changes.
