WTA 2019 Integrated Mobility Innovation (IMI)
The Whatcom Transportation Authority will receive funding to provide on-demand transit service to residents in the small city of Lynden in northwest Washington. A new on-demand mobile app will allow seniors, school-aged children, people with disabilities, and people with limited income to hail an accessible van to any destination within the city.
