Washington State Rest Area Site Evaluation Study
The primary purpose of this research project is to aid in the development of the Washington State Highway Rest Area Strategic Plan and to advance information and understand regarding highway rest area use to maximize the utilization of WSDOT assets. This will involve close collaboration with WSDOT Maintenance Division personnel in order to leverage their collective experience and understanding and likewise the analytical capability of WSU economists. While this scope of work lays out expected work tasks and deliverables, changes may be adapted as new information and knowledge is obtained throughout the research effort.
