Understanding & Mitigating Active Transportation Fatalities Involving Impaired Road Users
This project will conduct an in-depth evaluation of pedestrian fatalities involving intoxication to create a comprehensive profile of the characteristics associated with these crashes; including personal characteristics and demographics. A policy evaluation will also be included to identify how other jurisdictions are effectively addressing these incidents.
