Successful Practices for Automating Utility Permits

The objective of this research was to prepare a report on the state of the current knowledge and the practice of automating the issue of utility permits required for state highway construction. The report shall identify: current methodology, completed research, unsolved problems, current best practices, and recommendations for future steps to improve the process.
