SPR-4603: Crowdsourcing/Winter Operations Dashboard Upgrade

Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) made extensive use of winter operations dashboards in 2020-21 that integrated Parsons’s telematics based web cameras, AVL positions, spreader rate controls and national weather service data. This project extends this work to include additional data elements (such as wind shield wiper data, traction control/wheel slip, ABS, headlights, and pavement temperature). Integrating this data with current road side cameras will provide an opportunity for more uniform winter weather operations.
