Evaluation of SFDR Stabilizing Products
Minnesota counties (Beltrami and Hubbard) are working together to rehab a road that borders the two counties; they will be using SFDR (stabilized full-depth reclamation) as their rehab. One county (Hubbard) is using Base One while the other (Beltrami) is using engineered emulsion. This project provides a unique, economic opportunity of doing a side-by-side comparison of two commonly used stabilizers that the LRRB could leverage.
