Creating and Integrating Solutions to Enable the "Complete Trip"
One integrating theme that has been promoted in recent years for framing the technology needs of mobility-challenged individuals is that of facilitating the “Complete Trip” [NCMM 2020]. This project proposes the development of a hands-free mobile app that provides complete trip support for such individuals. The project team focuses specifically on complete trip support for wheelchair users but anticipate that most capabilities will be equally useful to vision-impaired individuals.
