FY 20/21 Florida Local Technical Assistance Program
The overall goal and associated objectives of the Florida Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP) Center is to deliver a highway training curriculum and technical assistance that will provide local agencies with tools to build their capacity and means to innovatively address their roadway network challenges and be reflective of Federal Highway Administration's (FHWA's) current core areas of Safety, Infrastructure Management, Workforce Development, and Organizational Excellence.
