Improvement of Climate Data for Use in MEPDG Calibration and Other Pavement Analysis – Phase II
The primary objective of this research is to thoroughly evaluate the impact the impact longwave radiation has on pavement performance and the utility of MERRA-2 in providing such data in an effort to improve pavement performance predictions through mechanistic-empirical pavement design guide (MEPDG).
