Transportation Performance Management for System Operations: Development of Processes, Tools, Measures and Targets Phase II
The purpose of this project is to enhance transportation systems management and operations (TSM&O) capabilities for Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) to respond to the Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century (MAP-21) and Fixing America’s Surface Transportation (FAST) Act requirements in the shorter term (6 months) and to engage in enhanced systematic improvement in the longer term (12 months plus).
