Aggregate Subgrade Improvements Using Quarry By-Products: A Field Investigation
The purpose of this project is to investigate the constructability, longevity, and overall field performance of aggregate subgrade improvements with quarry by-products subjected to real traffic loads and environmental conditions and incorporate the successful subgrade improvements with QBA into Illinois Department of Transportation’s standard practices for pavement construction and rehabilitation.
