Developing Equivalence Tools to Control Quality of Transportation Infrastructure Asset Management Data

In this project, statistical equivalence methods will be assessed as to suitability, and formulated in the context of various elements of condition assessment, such as pavement cracking and roughness. Data sets from various vendors and agencies will be evaluated, and guidelines for setting limits, considering impacts, and balancing risks will be established.
