Assessing the Health Impacts of Transportation Projects - a Synthesis
Recognizing the needs to help the agency identify and evaluate projects that achieve a balance between economic development and public health, this project aims to provide a comprehensive synthesis of existing knowledge and experience in Health Impact Assessment (HIA) methods as well as tool applications. This work lays the foundation for future development of HIA methods or tools that may help the FOT incorporate health considerations into the planning process.
