Evaluation of Data Trends and Variability in the Quality for Performance (QCP) and Pay for Performance (PFP) Programs

The objective of this study is to conduct a multi-probe assessment of data obtained from projects included in the QCP and PFP programs. The outcome is a better understanding of the distribution and variability of the test results included in the QCP and PFP programs with respect to specific categories that will be defined within the study. In addition, the root causes of variability will be identified to recommend proper methods for reducing variability, such as training programs and suggestions for specification changes.
