Develop Field Tests to Determine Whether a Person Is At or Above the Illegal BAC Limit

Many suspects cannot perform all of the tests in the Standardized Field Sobriety Test (SFST) battery due to physical handicaps or under unstable conditions. This project will develop a sobriety test battery that can be used with seated suspects or under unstable conditions.
