Promises and Projects: Examining Accountability and Flexibility in LOST Expenditure Plans
This research will inform academics and policy makers by expanding understanding of project delivery and funding over the lifetime of LOST measures, addressing performance measurement and evaluation of transportation organizations (research area 1B) and transportation programs and projects (research area 1C). It also addresses research area 5 by expanding on previous research to evaluate the equity implications of LOST measures over the long term.
