Phase III: Transportation Investment Act - Benchmark Assessment and Benefit-Cost Analysis, 2013-2018
Phase III will evaluate the impact of Transportation Investment Act (TIA) project expenditures from 2013 through 2018. The evaluation will be conducted in three Parts. Part 1 will deliver an updated report on the impact of TIA, five years after its implementation in 2013. Part 2 will investigate of the outcome of the TIA referendum in Middle Georgia and Southern Georgia Regions and identify the factors that influenced the outcome. Part 3 will deliver a Benefit-Cost Analysis to determine the net social gain from implementing TIA.
