Induced Travel Calculator
This seed grant project will develop a web-based tool for calculating the induced travel effects of highway expansion projects. The tool will be based on the National Center for Sustainable Transportation (NCST) policy brief on induced travel and a review of more recent studies on induced travel. The tool will be posted on the NCST website and presented in a webinar that will be recorded and posted with the tool.
