Capacity-Building for Public Representation and Engagement on Transportation Infrastructure and Finance Issues

The purpose of this study is twofold: 1) to build a representative view of a broad array of Minnesotans' opinions about the quality of transportation infrastructure, the key values that they feel should drive transportation decision-making, and their preferences about different options for local and state transportation system maintenance and investment; and 2) to build knowledge and capacity by local and state public works leaders (transportation professionals and elected officials) to improve transportation infrastructure and finance.
