Highway Travel Time Estimation with Captured In-vehicle Wi-Fi MAC Addresses: Mechanism, Challenges, Solutions and Applications

This study will investigate the merits of estimating travel time with Wi-Fi versus the in-place Bluetooth method. Wi-Fi can yield a bigger sample size since most people have personal devices and yield more data.
