Project Progress Tracking Using Lidar and 4D Information Models

The objective of this work order is to develop and test a progress tracking system by leveraging LiDAR data and 4D information models to help Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) better monitor their projects, and take timely actions when necessary. The results of the study will be compiled in an interim report, which will document the completion of the first phase of a two-phase project.
