SPR-4215: Rumble Stripes and Pavement Markings Delineations
INDOT is seeking to identify cost effective durable pavement markings that provide good visibility during day, night, and wet conditions. Worn pavement markings reduce day and nighttime visibility, which increases driver workload and can lead to increased crashes. This project will define performance measures for pavement marking technology that can perform well over several years, improves safety, and reduces on-road maintenance time.
