Commercial Heavy Vehicle Impacts on Signalized Arterial Corridor Performance

The objective of this research is to identify improvements that can be made to the Highway Capacity Manual (HCM) urban streets analysis method that will better account for the impacts of commercial vehicles on arterial corridor operations.
