Estimation of System Performance and Technology Impacts to Support Future Year Planning
The objectives of this project are to: (1) Identify a set of performance measures that can be used as a basis for assessing system performance and comparing improvement alternatives. (2) Identify methods to predict performance measures for use in performance and impact assessment. (3) Identify Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and metropolitan planning organization (MPO) business processes that can benefit from the utilization of the project development. (4) Enhance and extend existing models in FITSEVAL to allow the assessment of system performance and the impacts of additional advanced and emerging technologies.
