Research for AASHTO Standing Committee on Highways. Task 117. Benefit/Cost Study of RWIS and Anti-icing Technologies

The study has provided the operations staff of highway agencies with benefit/cost analyses of applying road weather information systems (RWIS)/Anti-icing technologies. A final report was received in March 2001. Copies were forwarded to the chair and members of the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) Highway Subcommittee on Maintenance.
