Development of Granular Roads Asset Management System
The goal of this project is to develop a user-friendly comprehensive Granular Roads Asset Management System (GRAMS) by integrating methods and formula developed from Objectives. The GRAMS should be able to generate the most optimal maintenance strategy (maximum tons per mile, minimum tons per mile, and annual replacement rate) that can keep the risk of impaired road performance below a target maximum level over multiple years. Provide a foundation to develop a mobile application ("app ") for county engineers to use in the future research phases.
