Durability of GFRP Bar Reinforcement Extracted from In-service Concrete Structures

This project will investigate the field performance of fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) bars used in actual bridge structures built in the late 1990’s and 2000’s. To date there is limited data worldwide and no reported data in the US on FRP bars extracted from in-situ structures. This project is undertaken with the partner university University of Miami.
