Development of a Web-based Decision Making Tool for the Highway Safety Manual Implementation
The objective of this project is to develop a web-based decision making tool to assist agencies tailor the Highway Safety Manual (HSM) to their needs by helping them select the most suitable methods among those discussed in the HSM. The web-based tool will use the decision making process developed as part of this project to suggest the most appropriate method that best meets the agency's needs, data, available statistical expertise, available software tools, etc.
