Florida Access Management Benchmarking Study

The objectives of this project are to: (1) Determine what improvements in Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) access management policy or practice may be called for in relation to the Department's mission (e.g. complete streets, etc.) and national best practice; (2) Identify contemporary access management policies and practices in other states that may benefit FDOT in these improvement areas and how they are applied in practice, as well as any lessons learned; and (3) Use this information to identify potential changes to current FDOT policy or practice that may help the Department improve its performance.
