Streamlined Access Permitting Process
The primary objective of this research project is to develop an efficient and semi-automated process (using a spreadsheet) that developers can use to help determine if their Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) access permit request will require the time of a potentially costly Traffic Impact Study (TIS).
