Development of MEPDG Input Database for Asphalt Mixtures

The primary objectives are: (1) to extend the IE*I and creep compliance database for (10) different aggregate sources; (2) to recommend Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) a test method that predicts realistic strain levels and better fatigue cracking prediction; (3) to evaluate laboratory performance of asphalt mixtures with COAC and OAC; and (4) study the effect of NMAS, aggregate source, binder type, and other mix characteristics on the dynamic modulus, and the long-term performance to propose guidelines for the choice of input data.
