Investigation and Guidelines for Mass Concrete Construction Management

The objective of this research is to characterize the heat generation in mass concrete placements typically encountered by Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) in its construction projects, to create an analytical method for determining the cooling requirements for concrete, and to develop a comprehensive guideline for transportation infrastructure applications.
