Concrete Debris Assessment for Road Construction Activities, Phase II

The objectives of this project are: (1) to examine the extent that a pH change will occur in the soil under an Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA) base layer (i.e., distance of impact under the RCA) and the extent that heavy metals leaching from RCA will migrate in the environment, and (2) to examine the effect of elevated pH on metal within the soil under the RCA base layer at different depths.
