Tacit Knowledge Management
The objectives for this project include: Determining which concepts and tools from existing tacit knowledge management programs from across the country would be helpful and feasible to implement at Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) and trying out the selected concepts and tools on a small scale at UDOT, document the benefits, and make a plan for further implementation.
