The objective of this research is to understand the current Project Management and Executive Leadership business culture of Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT), to help understand the dynamic approach that is expected as employees make decisions on behalf of UDOT. The recommended Dynamics model is based on the work of Richard Schneider in “Reengineering Alternative”.
