Traffic Thresholds in Deer Road Crossing Behavior
The overarching objective of this project is to provide transportation planners with information that will help them to evaluate the placement of wildlife vehicle mitigation measures. Doing so will increase the cost effectiveness of mitigation measures and will be vital to reducing the rising problem of wildlife vehicle collisions while maintaining and enhancing landscape connectivity for wildlife in Wyoming.
