ASISP Cybersecurity

The research objectives and goal of this project is to capture the Aircraft Systems Information Security Protection (ASISP) vulnerabilities and risks associated with the Aircraft Communication Addressing and Reporting System (ACARS). The research efforts will focus on the ACARS not just from an information technology (IT) based perspective, but from a policy based perspective as well. The initial research shall explore the ASISP Safety Analysis model with a focus on System Threat Analysis, Safety Risk Factor Identification and Risk Assessment.
