Evaluating Georgia Asphalt Mixture Properties Using a Hamburg Wheel Tracking Device

The objective of this project is to develop and propose a Hamburg Wheel Tracking Device (HWTD) test procedure aligned with the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) asphalt mixture design; and recommend new criteria vital for evaluating rut resistance and moisture susceptibility properties of asphalt mixtures by HWTD.
