Task Analysis
Task analysis is a systematic method to determine the elements of a task, how those elements are arranged in time, and the context in which the task occurs. This includes cognitive task analysis which relates to the mental, as opposed to physical, elements of a task. Task analysis is important for selection, training, and evaluation of the performance of railroad employees.
