Evidence-based Analysis of SPF Development and Calibration
Use post- safety performance functions (SPF) development crash data to compare the performance of four calibration methodologies applied to a base SPF and to a state-specific SPF. Specific attention will be focused on two-lane rural roads and test the SPF developed for the Alabama Department of Transportation.
