This project describes a set of stormwater monitoring protocols that are suited for specific stormwater monitoring goals. For four common goals, the report includes information on designing a monitoring station network; water quality pollutants to monitor; sampling duration, frequency, methods, and equipment; and useful data visualization and analysis methods.
