Mass Transit Sustainability in the Saint Louis Region

The purpose of this project was to examine the financial sustainability issues faced by most transit systems in two cities as a way to explore sustainable mass transit service and financial structure. The ultimate goal is to implement sustainable mass transit options without further burdening federal, state, or local government taxpayer funds.
