Planning, Implementation, and Operation of the Iowa Pavement Management Program

The work is a continuation of the implementation and operation of the Iowa Pavement Management Program (IPMP). This work covers the period November 1, 2007 through December 31, 2011. The work described covers both implementation and operation, including database maintenance and updates, data collection technology evaluation, automated distress data collection, pavement management software, and training. The work tasks are often interrelated and work on such related tasks will often be conducted simultaneously. The work tasks are also likely to involve several subtasks, many of which are too detailed to describe in this document.
