SPR-3819: Element Level Bridge Inspection - Benefits and Use of Data for Bridge Management
The goal of this study is to identify the best and most effective ways to collect element level data in a format and with specific procedures that will ensure quality data are obtained and subsequently used most effectively. Element level data are required to be collected to implement element level bridge inspection procedures by October 1, 2014 per the MAP 21.
