SPR-3906: Proof Rolling of Foundation Soil and Prepared Subgrade During Construction

The plan of work aims to produce a set of recommendations that define proper proof rolling methodology and criteria for evaluation of results, toward a standard practice that can be applied across INDOT districts. The chief benefit to INDOT will be an enhanced assurance of strength and consistency of the foundation layer for INDOT road projects.
