Guidance for the Use of Alternative Traffic Analysis Tools in Highway Capacity Analyses
The objective of this project was to enhance the guidance in the Highway Capacity Manual for the selection and use of alternative traffic analysis tools. The research results were incorporated into the Highway Capacity Manual 2010.
