Innovative Bridge Designs for Rapid Renewal (Bridge Demonstration Project)

This is a final report containing pilot case information on how Iowa Department of Transportation (DOT) incorporated elements of accelerated bridge construction (ABC) Bridge Construction into their Keg Creek Bridge Replacement project. Also included are informative videos displaying the construction of the Keg Creek Bridge. This pilot project shows how standardized approaches can streamline the activities required to design, fabricate, and erect bridge replacement systems in less time, and install them in hours or days, rather than weeks or months.
